Returns
As each arrangement is made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@twentyfourthst.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your full name, contact number, order number, a description of the damage, and photo evidence.
If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Our team may request additional information or the return of the item for further review before issuing a refund or replacement.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via fragile freight and handled with care. If you're not home at the time of delivery or it's unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, the driver will leave a card for redelivery. You'll receive an email notification with instructions to book a redelivery. If not booked within five days, the parcel will be returned to us.
Please ensure to provide the correct delivery address during checkout as we're not liable for lost, missing, or damaged packages once the courier confirms delivery as being made to the correct address in their system.
